Before software, I spent years in network engineering, configuring switches and routers, running fibre and copper, and managing security appliances. That's where I learned to understand a system's moving parts before touching them. The work since has moved from infrastructure to full-stack software products, but the throughline hasn't changed: responsibility for systems other people depend on.

Built and launched a real-money gaming platform that passed 500 sign-ups in its first five days, working across wallet flows, live gameplay states, admin tooling, and API integrations. Added observability, queues, and caching to make the product more stable, cut timeout issues, and improve how quickly users saw live changes.

Built and shipped more than ten client products in travel, legal, education, and fleet management, including a legal education platform that reached 100 sign-ups in its first week. Worked across the frontend codebase alongside a team of developers and interns, contributing to code review, pairing, and knowledge-sharing sessions that kept quality from drifting as delivery scaled.
